Terms of Service

Keep your login details private and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Payments made through the portal are processed by Stripe by card or by bank account (ACH). By paying, you authorize us to charge the amount shown. If you turn on autopay, you authorize recurring charges for the amount and schedule shown until you cancel it from the payment-methods page in your dashboard or by contacting us.

Bank payments can take several days to clear and can be returned. A payment is counted only after funds clear. Failed or returned payments may be retried, and you remain responsible for the amount owed along with any fees stated in your rental agreement.

The “Path to Ownership” tracker in your dashboard is a convenience that shows payments we have received and the equity credited under your rental or rent-to-own agreement. The signed agreement is the final word on price, payments credited, timing and transfer of title. If the tracker and your agreement ever differ, the agreement controls. Contact us if something looks wrong.

• Program: Monahan Rental Group account alerts. If you opt in, we text you payment reminders, payment confirmations, past-due notices and rent-to-own progress updates.
• How to join: check the text-alert box in your customer dashboard. Consent is not a condition of renting from us.
• Message frequency varies with your payment schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message, or uncheck the box in your dashboard. For help, reply HELP or contact us below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse the site: no false or stolen identity documents, no attempts to access other customers' accounts or our systems, and no interfering with how the site works. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

We work to keep the site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Vehicle availability and rates are confirmed in your rental agreement. We may update these terms, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

To the extent the law allows, the site and portal are provided “as is”, and MRG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits responsibilities set out in your rental agreement or rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, consistent with our rental agreement.
